DESCRIPTION:
Honeybone, English tall clock, 8 days, time, strike and calendar, weight driven movement in an inlaid mahogany veneer case with broken arch and fancy urn shaped columns on hood and painted iron dial, c1850
CONDITION:
the case has an old finish with age splits on front and side panels of plinth. The movement is not connected to the seat board and the pendulum crutch needs to be reattached The dial is in good condition with some flaking near 5. The pendulum and weights are period. Ht 87"
